The “privacy policy” is regulated by the European Regulation on the data protection (GDPR)

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

In compliance to these regulations inform that

the required Referent is the undersigned owner of the Bed and Breakfast Casa del Miele
the only required data will be used only to allow the booking of the rooms
it is excluded every other use or cession to third parties of the data (newsletter, marketing, statistics, etc.)
the data will be completely destroyed spent the time strictly necessary to allow the booking
the only data retained for the time required by law and kept in place inaccessible to third parties concern those required by the specific legislation about the registration of “arrivals” and “presences”
