The Flight of the Donkey was a key event, while first the square comes alive with the concert of PopChords, a choral group that offers the most famous pop songs “arranged a cappella”.
The center will then be animated by the colorful itinerant parades of CircaTeatro, Accademia Creativa, Morks, Teatro Moro and the Chien Barbù Mal Rasè.
At 11:45 am from Piazzale Donatori di Sangue the festive parade starts, leading to the expected flight with the irreverent donkey of Acqualta Teatro. He will lead the parade of the Twelve Marys and their mentor Maria Grazia Bortolato, accompanied by the bursting rhythm of the Psycodrummers’ drums.
At the precise stroke of 12:00 in Piazza Ferretto the donkey’s flight unfolds with an exciting performance by the acrobatic company Elementz Art.
The conduct of the event is entrusted to the expert voices of Susi Danesin and Vasco Mirandola, with the special participation of Alice Mocenni, Miss Venice 2019 and finalist of the last edition of Miss Italy.
